HVAC- EPA 608 Certification Review & Exam
Students who have completed all four modules through the ETA program will be eligible to take the EPA 608 Certification Review and Exam. Section 608 of the Federal Clean Air Act requires that all persons who maintain, service, repair or dispose of appliances that contain regulated substances be certified in proper refrigerant handling techniques.

HVAC-A2L Refrigerant Certification Course & Exam
Students that have their universal 608 certification will be eligible to take the Low GWP/A2L refrigerant course and certification. The Low GWP Refrigerant Safety - A2L Refrigerants examination validates that a person possesses the knowledge to safely work with low GWP refrigerants and helps reduce liability.
This course will help prepare students for the exam.

- Flammable System Service Safety
- Flammable System Installation Safety
- Flammable Refrigerant Transportation and Handling Safety
Exam fee funded by the Green Economy Fund Grant. Exam proctored on the last day of class.
Prerequisites: Must have EPA 608 Certification. Please submit your certification card upon registration via email to [email protected]. Your registration will be finalized once received.
